Floral Former

The Floral Former is one of the most exciting and versatile molds around. It is one of the few molds that can be used to achieve numerous shapes. The fluting or ‘drapery effect’ is quite pronounced because the lip of the glass can fall quite a distance.

Molds with a flat
bottom end up with a round bottom and they don’t sit flat. Ours features a raised lip with an indented
center so that the finished glass will sit solid without rocking.
Pre-Fired so that it is easy to apply Shelf Primer or ZYP Spray Release. This mold is 7″ high, 3 5/8″ around the bottom tapering to 2 1/4″ top. Your kiln need to be at least 9″ deep to accommodate this mold. For shallower kilns try our Short Former.
