Glass Sink Mold FREE DVD With Purchase
The trick to getting a good commercial grade sink mold is to put in the time working with contractors, glass artists and metal spinners to get a unique shape that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing. Our sink mold can accommodate up to a 22” blank, has smooth transitioned sides for a beautiful shape, a gently flared lip to help keep your glass on center when slumping, a good bottom curvature so they drain properly and is made from durable 18 gauge 300 series stainless steel. We didn’t just adapt this mold from a bowl or a wok, instead we developed a shape that will please not only the custom designers but the building inspector as well. These molds are not limited to only making sinks. They are also great for large vessels or even bending smaller pieces. To make the glass blank for the sink you can either fuse your own slab or use our specially designed Stainless Steel Casting Ring.
This mold has a 22″ diameter and 7.5″ tall.
It produces a sink that is approximately 17″ in diameter and 5″ tall.
