Our favorite mold mix is back after being unavailable for some time. We have tried many complicated mold recipes but, none seems to work as well or are as easy to use as Hydroperm and water. Just mix 1 to 1 and let it sit 15-20 minutes. Like most pate-de-verre investment materials, this makes an intricate, durable, and inexpensive ‘one shot’ mold that is discarded when it is removed from the glass casting. Hydroperm does not require a coating of kiln wash so the glass will capture finger print details. This versatile material can be used in conjunction with all types of model forms including clay, plastic, latex and lost wax. As with all dust producing products, please wear a dust protection respirator. Sold in 5 pound boxes.
